Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a change of zoning from Single Family Residential "SF12" to General Commercial "GC" from Ronnie and Bambi Bridges of a tract or parcel of land briefly described as follows: all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, a part of the Nancy Smith Survey, Johnson County, Texas and being a part of Lots 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2, Cresson, Johnson County, Texas according to the plat of record in Volume 176 Page 640, Deed Records, Johnson County, Texas. A complete legal description of the property can be found on file with the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson City Council will conduct a public hearing to issue its preliminary report and a second public hearing to issue its final report regarding the requested zoning change on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
