AND UNKNOWN PERSONS, if living, and if any or all of the above names Defendants be deceased, the unknown heir of each or all of the said above names or described deceased persons; and, the unknown owner or owners of the property described in Plaintiffs pleadings in this cause; and the executors administrators, guardians, legal representatives, devisees of the above name or described persons; and any and all other persons including adverse claimants, owning or having any legal or equitable interest in or having a lien upon the described real property as follows: BEING A 0.0987 ACRES TRACT OF LAND BEING 20 FEET IN WIDTH ADJOINING THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 9 IN BLOCK 1 OF COMANCHE HARBOR/PORTS O'CALL, A SUBDIVISION IN HOOD COUNTY TEXAS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN SLIDE A-14, PLAT RECORDS, HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS.
Defendant, Greeting;
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you."
You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs Petition at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of the issuance of this citation the same being Monday the 6TH day of JULY 2020, before the Honorable Ralph H. Walton, Jr., 355th Judicial District Court of Hood County, Texas, at the Hood County Justice Center of said County in Granbury, Texas. Said Plaintiffs Petition was filed in said court, on the 7TH day of APRIL, A.D. 2020, in the above entitled cause.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit:
THE ORIGINAL PETITION IS A SUIT FOR CIVIL, REAL PROPERTY - OTHER, as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs Petition on file in this suit, the nature of which suit is ORIGINAL PETITION on BEING A 0.0987 ACRES TRACT OF LAND BEING 20 FEET IN WIDTH ADJOINING THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 9 IN BLOCK 1 OF COMANCHE HARBOR/PORTS O'CALL, A SUBDIVISION IN HOOD COUNTY TEXAS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN SLIDE A-14, PLAT RECORDS, HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS and alternatively for declaratory relief concerning such property.
