The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
In compliance with current Federal, State, and local Declarations of Disaster, and Executive Orders regarding covid-19, and in compliance with the suspension of certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Public will NOT be allowed to attend the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting in person. The safety of our citizens is, as always, a primary concern of the City. These meetings will be live streamed and available for viewing at www.granbury.org/live.

Citizens should monitor the live stream viewing of the meeting and be ready to comment when their item is read, and the public hearing for that item is opened for public comment. Citizens should keep their phone muted until it is their turn to speak.
1. ZBA-2020-05, Request of Granbury Premier High School for a Special Exception to Section 11.7.B.9, "Roof Design Standards in Non-Residential Districts", to not provide cornice features on a roof with a pitch less than 4:12. The property is addressed as 833 Harbor Lakes Dr.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
