The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. In compliance with current Federal, State, and local Declarations of Disaster, and Executive Orders regarding covid-19, and in compliance with the suspension of certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Public will NOT be allowed to attend the Planning & Zoning Commission nor the City Council meetings in person. The safety of our citizens is, as always, a primary concern of the City. These meetings will be live streamed and available for viewing at www.granbury.org/live. To allow for public comment during the below public hearings, citizens may call (US): (425) 436-6303 and enter Access code: 724529#. Citizens should monitor the live stream viewing of the meeting and be ready to comment when their item is read, and the public hearing for that item is opened for public comment. Citizens should keep their phone muted until it is their turn to speak. 1. Z-2020-04, Request of Stuart Brown to amend the Planned Development/Single Family Residential (PD/R7) zoning district established by Ordinance 10-423 to allow for lot line and common space boundary modifications. The property is located on Mary Lou Ct. 2. PL-2019-40, Request of Stuart Brown to Replat Lots 8R-11R-1, 22R and Hike and Bike Trails (A) and Common Area A and C-R-1 of the Nutt Addition as Lots 8R-A, 9R-A, 10R-A, 11R-1-A and 22R-A and Hike and Bike Trail A of the Nutt Addition. The property is located on FM 4, south of the intersection of FM 4 and E. Hwy 377. 14. TCP-2020-02 Request of Granbury Nissan Dealership to submit a Tree Conservation Plan (TCP) to allow for the removal and mitigation of protected trees in conformance with Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is addressed as 4601 E. Hwy 377. (P&Z only) 15. O-2020-03, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. Amendments proposed are to Article 4.1.A "Uses Permitted by District" and Article 11, Section 11.8 - "Seasonal Sales, Temporary". The general purpose of the amendment is to clarify time limitations on seasonal land uses and to provide a new land use category for temporary hail repair establishments. 16. O-2020-04, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Article 14, Section 14.5 - "Administration of Gas Well Permit", Article 14, Section 14.12.B "Safety & Environmental Standards" of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance; Code of Ordinances Section 13.16.013 "Additional Safety and Environmental Requirements" of the Code of Ordinances; and Article 1.50 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Granbury.
