TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF HOOD COUNTY GRANBURY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Texas Water Code, Chapter 49.062, the Board of Directors of Hood County Granbury Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the "District") has, on January 23, 2020, established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) Winstead PC, 2728 N. Harwood Street, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75201; 300 Throckmorton Street, Suite 1700, Fort Worth, Texas 76102; and 401 Congress Avenue, Suite 2100, Austin, Texas 78701 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (ii) Doucet & Associates, 7401 W. Highway 71, B160, Austin, Texas 78735 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids; (iii) Dye & Tovery, LLC, 2321 Coit Road, Suite B, Plano, Texas 75075 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and for the purposes of storage of bookkeeping records; and (iv) Centurion American Development Group, 1800 Valley View Lane, Suite 300, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids.
Said offices and each of the above listed meeting places is declared to be a public place, and the public is hereby invited to attend all meetings of the District, including those at any of the above designated locations.
YOU WILL THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOREGOING FACTS.
