The DCBE/Acton Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., located in Hood County Texas will meet on March 19th at 6:30 pm at DCBE/Acton Fire Station, 6430 Smokey Hill Ct., Granbury, Tx for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal the DCBE/Acton VFD enter into an agreement to finance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of a used 2004 Pierce 75' Quint and will be maintained at the DCBE/Acton VFD station at 6430 Smokey Hill Ct, Granbury, Tx.
To finance the cost of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the DCBE/Acton VFD purposes to enter into a loan agreement with maximum aggregate amount not to exceed $125,000. The DCBE/Acton VFD will be required to pay all taxes on the equipment. The payments due to pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the DCBE/Acton VFD prior to the date of the hearing set forth heretofore.
