The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. PL-2019-13, Request of Ranches of De Cordova, L.P. to Final Plat approximately 14.285 acres situated in the J.A. Shipley Survey, Abstract #550 as De Cordova Ranch Phase 5B. The property is located east of the intersection of Verde Hills Trail and Pinnacle Ridge within the City's ETJ. 2. O-2020-01, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. Amendments proposed by the City of Granbury are to Article 1, Section 1.6 - Platting Property Not Permanently Zoned; and, Article 2, Section 2.3.D - Commission Consideration and Report. The general purpose of the amendment is to clarify requirements for consideration of record plats and to include adopted facility design standards into the P&Z's consideration and report pertaining to zoning change requests. 19. O-2020, 02, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. Amendments proposed by the City of Granbury are to Article 5, Sections 5.2.C - 5.3.C - Height, Area, Yard and Lot Coverage Requirements; and, Article 12, Section 12.2 - General Definitions. The general purpose of the amendment is to modify the definition of dwelling area for clarity and consistency throughout the Zoning Ordinance. 20. SUP-2020-03, Request of Daniel & Bridgette Piatt for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a 1-guest suite, unhosted Bed & Breakfast. The property is addressed as 104 Stockton Street. 21. SUP-2020-04, Request of Kelly Clark for a Specific Use Permit to allow an outdoor 'Amusement Center, Temporary' per the Zoning Ordinance. The consideration and motion on the Specific Use Permit by Council also provides for procedural compliance for outdoor events with animals on the City Beach, per Sec. 1.04.002.f.2 of the City of Granbury Code of Ordinances.
