ORDINANCE NO. 19-84

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 18-31, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 0.166 acre portion of land described as Lot 2, Block 61, Nutt Addition, addressed as 606 E. Bridge Street, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and being more fully described as: An approximate 0.166 acre portion of land described as Lot 2, Block 61, Nutt Addition, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas located at 606 E. Bridge Street, in a Single Family Residential - 8,400 (R8.4) zoning district. The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow for the operation of a 3 guest suite, hosted Bed and Breakfast with the flowing conditions: SECTION 6. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
