Pursuant to Chapter 59 Texas Property Code, 1st Source Storage Center,
now Granbury Self Storage, which is located at 212 Temple Hall Highway, Granbury, TX 76049 and 409 Western Hills Trail, Granbury, TX 76049 will hold a public sale of contents to satisfy a landlord's lien.
The sale will be at 10:00 AM July 16, 2016. Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. The seller reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any item from the sale. The auction sign-in will be at Temple Hall Hwy and proceed to Western Hills. The tenant may redeem their contents by paying in full before the auction.
