AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting the [PD/MD-1] Planned Development/Two-Family Residential (Duplex) Zoning District on an approximate
10.798-acres described as Lots 1-27, Block 1 and Lots 1-22, Block 2, Hilltop Village and being more fully described as:
An approximate 10.798-acre tract platted as Lots 1-27, Block 1 and Lots 1-22, Block 2, Hilltop Village, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, Attached as: Exhibit 'A' - Meets and Bounds Property Description.
The [PD/MD-1] Planned Development / Two Family Residential (Duplex) Zoning District shall be developed in accordance with the Development Plan, Exhibit 'B' and which also contain a list of variances from the base Two Family Residential (Duplex) [MD-1] Zoning District, Exhibit 'C', all of which are attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 7.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
