1. Z-2019-01, Request of Wunu Properties, LLC to rezone 26.033 acres of the John Chenowith Survey, Abstract #118 from Interim Holding (IH) to Planned Development - Single Family Residential (PD-R7). The property is located south of The Landing Boulevard.
