Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a change of zoning from no zoning classification to Industrial, from Caliber Texas Properties, L.P. for the initial zoning of a 16.3279-acre tract out of the Nancy Smith Survey, Abstract No. 755; the Henry C. Bright Survey, Abstract No. 78; and the Urbano Mendoza Survey, Abstract No. 543, Johnson County, Texas and situated adjacent and to the north and east of the City of Cresson (along State Highway 171). A complete metes and bounds description of the property may be viewed at Cresson City Hall.
The City of Cresson City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
