OF HEIRSHIP AND ADVERSE POSSESSION BY COTENANT IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 16.0265 OF THE TEXAS CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE To: Any and all persons claiming title to the property commonly known as Lot 29 in Block 6 of Meadow Heights Addition, to the City of Granbury, Texas, Hood County, Texas, according to the revised plat thereof recorded in Volume 124, Page 221 of the Deed Records of Hood County, Texas. Notice is hereby given that on Decem ber 20, 2018 there was filed in the Hood County Clerk, Deed Records Office, an Affidavit of Heirship and Adverse Possession by Cotenant in Compliance with Section 16.0265 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Jay Stokes and Carol Knight claim titie to the property described herein by adverse possession and hereby notice all other persons, whoever they may be, including but not limited to Kazufumi Kawaguchi and his heirs, of Jay Stokes and Carol Knight's claim pursuant to the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. To protect your interest and claim in said property, you must respond by controverting affidavit or judgment before the fifth anni versary of the date the said Affidavit was filed. Failure to protect your interest in compliance with section 16.0265 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code shall preclude all claims by other cotenant heirs. A copy of this notice is being mailed by certified mail to Kazufumi Kawaguchi and his unknown heirs at their last known address located at 802 Penrod Dr., Granbury, Texas 76048.
