Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a zoning change from Cresson Crossroads, LLC to re-zone Lots 18-23 in Cresson Crossroads, Phase One, an addition to the City of Cresson, Hood County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Slide C-126, Plat Records, Hood County, Texas, from I (Industrial) to MF (Multi-Family).
The City of Cresson City Council/Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
