Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the City of Cresson City Council at the Cresson City Council Chambers, 8901 Highway 377, Cresson, Texas 76035, to receive public input on a request to re-plat received from Cresson Crossroads, LLC, regarding the property currently described as Lots 24, 25, 26 & 27, situated in Cresson Crossroads, Phase One, an addition to the City of Cresson, Hood County, Texas as recorded on Slide C-126 of the Plat Records of Hood County, Texas, embracing all of said Lots 24, 25, 26 & 27. The proposed re-plat is to be known as Lot 24R. The application is available for review in the City Secretary's office.
This meeting is open for public comment. All interested parties are invited to attend. The City of Cresson Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodation or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
