Grazing and agricultural lease on 59 acres of land located at 750 Hill City Hwy, Tolar, TX 76476. Initial term of the lease will be for thirty six (36) months.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Superintendent's Office at 305 S. Oak, Tolar, TX 76476 or by mail at P.O Box 368, Tolar, TX 76476. Bids must be received or postmarked no later than 4:00p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
Bid will be awarded at the meeting at the Board of Trustees on January 24, 2019. You are welcome to attend the meeting. Tolar ISO reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
