Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the City of Cresson City Council at the Cresson City Council Chambers, 8901 Highway 377, Cresson, Texas 76035, to receive public input on request for replat received from J. Tyler Morris and Peggy Porter, regarding the property currently described as 17.963 acres of land out of the I. & G. N. RR Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1259 & the J.L. Chadwick Survey, Abstract No. 1239, Johnson County, Texas according to the Deed recorded in Volume 2332, Page 367, of the Deed Records of Johnson County, Texas, proposed to be replatted as Lots 1 & 2, Morris-Porter Addition in Ranch View Estates, a subdivision in the City of Cresson, Johnson County, Texas. The application, including the metes and bounds legal description is available for review in the City Secretary's office.
This meeting is open for public comment. All interested parties are invited to attend. The City of Cresson Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodation or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
