You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs Petition at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of the issuance of this citation the same being Monday the 6TH day of AUGUST 2018, before the Honorable Ralph H. Walton, Jr., 355th Judicial District Court of Hood County, Texas, at the Hood County Justice Center of said County in Granbury, Texas. Said Plaintiffs Petition was filed in said court, on the 3RD day of MARCH, A.D. 2018, in the above entitled cause.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit:
THE ORIGINAL PETITION IS A SUIT FOR CIVIL, (CONTRACT), as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs Petition on file in this suit, the nature of which suit is PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION on LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2, WHIPPOORWILL BAY, SECTION F, A SUBDIVISION IN HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 2, PAGE 53 (SLIDE A-141) OF THE PLAT RECORDS, HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS and alternatively for declaratory relief concerning such property.
