Notice is hereby given that a public hearing shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2018, at the offices of Acton Municipal Utility District, 6420 Lusk Branch Court, Granbury (Acton), Texas 76049.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and capital improvements plan and the imposition of impact fees.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
