Notice is hereby published by Pecan Plantation Country Club to all voters residing in JP District #2 of Hood County, Texas to include Precinct #16.
Pecan Plantation County Club is petitioning registered voters to approve its petition for a local option election on November 6, 2018.
The petitioner intends to apply for a Mixed Beverage Restaurant Permit with FB (RM) license to allow the legal sale of mixed beverages in restaurants by food and beverage certificate holders only if this option is approved.
The local option application will be filed with Ms. Crickett Miller, Elections Administrator in the Hood County Elections Office, 1410 W Pearl Street, Granbury, Texas 76048.
