The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. SUP-2017-15, Request of Cooper Smartt for a Specific Use Permit to allow RV and Boat Storage and Rental Equipment on a 2.56 acre tract of the Joshua Minette Survey, Abstract # 352. The property is located on Fall Creek Hwy, across from the intersection with Green Meadows Rd. 2. Z-2017-14, Request of Cooper Smartt to rezone a 2.56 acre tract of the Joshua Minette Survey, Abstract # 352 from Light Commercial (LC) to Heavy Commercial (HC). The property is located on Fall Creek Hwy, across from the intersection with Green Meadows Rd. 3. Herron Survey, Abstract # 687 as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Episcopal Community Trust of Granbury, Texas Addition. The property is located on Acton Hwy west of Willow Ridge Cir. 13. O-2018-02, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance # 01-819, the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.1 - "Permitted Uses" to modify "Produce Sales (inside)" to permit the use by right in "LC" - Light Commercial and "CBD" Central Business District zoning districts. This amendment also proposes to amend the definition of "Retail Sales, General" contained within Article 12 - Definitions, to include the use of florist in the land use definition.
